This website, acefinservices.com, is owned and operated by Ace Financial Services, a sole proprietorship of Kaustubh Valimbe, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-110832, EUIN E155215) based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It is written to reflect how the site actually works — not as generic boilerplate.
Contact form. When you use the enquiry form on our homepage, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the area you are interested in, any indicative investment amount, and your message. This is delivered to us by email through a third-party email service (EmailJS) so that we can respond to you.
WhatsApp. If you click a WhatsApp button, you are taken to WhatsApp to start a conversation with us. Anything you then send is handled within WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. We record only the fact that a WhatsApp button was clicked, not who clicked it.
We use this information solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide mutual fund distribution services.
This is the most sensitive part of the site, so we want to be precise about it.
Your CAS statement is read inside your own browser and is not uploaded to us or to any server. When you select a Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) PDF on the Portfolio X-Ray page, the file is opened and analysed locally on your own device using in-browser software. The resulting X-Ray report is generated on your screen. We do not receive the file, and we do not store it.
One exception, and it is entirely your choice. If the tool fails to read your statement correctly and you choose to use the “report a problem” option, the text extracted from your statement, along with any contact detail you enter and your browser type, is sent to us so that we can investigate and fix the problem. This happens only if you actively submit that report. If you would prefer not to share statement content with us, simply do not use that option — contact us directly instead.
We use any such report only to diagnose and improve the tool.
Figures you enter into our calculators — SIP amounts, tenures, expected returns, goal values and similar — are processed in your browser to produce the result shown on screen. These figures are not transmitted to us and are not stored. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, what device they use, and which tools are opened. This helps us improve the site.
Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device and browser information, and pages visited. We also record a small number of specific events, namely when a WhatsApp button is clicked, when the contact form is successfully submitted, and when a calculator is used. These are counted as anonymous events; they are not linked to your name.
We do not use this information to identify you personally.

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings. Problem reports are retained only until the underlying issue is resolved.
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to it.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive financial credentials by email or messaging.
